My head hits the pillow and after an hour of seeing my husband deep in slumber, I still lay awake - eyes heavy as hell. After I finally fall asleep, I spend the evening moving from side to side resulting in absolutely zero rested sleep. I have come to the conclusion that a new mattress may be in order, but I may also be able to tackle some of the things that are hindering my slumber.
I have to admit, I am a die hard stomach sleeper even though I have heard KStar say time and time again the ramifications of it. So before going out and purchasing a new mattress and box spring, I am going to try and re-visit the ideas that KStar has given in the past. Below are some videos (which also include other stretching techniques) but the idea is to take away the information he provides on sleeping, leg positioning, neck positioning, etc. I would suggest watching them in the order below.
